When you are rebuilding your front end, you'll want to thoroughly inspect your control arms. If they are cracked or pitted, then you'll need to replace them. Most control arms you'll find require a machine shop to press your bushings in place and include a core charge (you'll have to send your control arms back to receive credit). That's a lot of work and costs more time and money than it needs to. Eckler's Corvette offers brand new complete upper control arms with polyurethane bushings pressed in place. Polyurethane bushings improve handling by reducing flex common in rubber bushings. They are also impervious to gas, oil, grease, and won't break down over time. That means you won't have to worry about replacing your control arm bushings anytime soon and you'll enjoy improved handling. Our control arms are powder coated satin black and look just like the originals.
