This durable cut pile carpet has the factory correct appearance and is more durable than anything previously available. Original carpet and earlier reproductions would color fade badly after only a few years or a few car shows with the top down. Our Raylon-Nylon blend is much more color fast than the other carpet sets previously available. Also, original carpet was prone to "Fuzz-up" so you have little balls of fine fuzz everywhere on the carpet. New manufacturing techniques and materials give this carpet from ACC unmatched durability.
What is Mass Backing?
Mass Backing is a special latex polymer is thermo-bonded to the back of the carpet to substantially increase the insulating, anti-wear and sound deadening properties of the raw carpet set. This helps prevent the carpet from wearing out prematurely
