If you are not logged in to you account

  • Login into your account by clicking the [Account] link in the upper right corner.
  • Then click [Log In].

Once logged in

  • Click the [Account] link in the upper right
  • Select [Orders] from the drop list
  • Your past orders will be displayed

View/Edit your current vehicle(s) store in your account

  • Log In to your Account.
  • Click [Account] in the upper right.
  • Click [My Garage] for the left menu options.
  • From here you can Add, Edit or Remove vehicles from your account.

View/Edit addresses store in your account

  • Log In to your Account.
  • Click [Account] in the upper right.
  • Click [Address Book] from the left menu options.
  • From here you can edit your Billing and Shipping Addresses.

From the top navigation menu, select Request Catalog or click here.
Select a paper catalog or view a digital copy of our catalog.
PAPER CATALOG

  • Click [Request] button.
  • Complete the form.
  • Click [Confirm] button.
  • Your request will be submitted. Please allow 7-10 day for your catalog to arrive.

DIGITAL CATALOG

  • Click [View] button
  • From the drop list of catalogs avaliable - select a catalog.
  • Click [Download] button.
  • You selected catalog will be downloaded to you computer.

PAPER CATALOG MAILINGS

  • Send an email to Customer Service [email protected] to making changes
  • Be sure to include your name, customer number, email address and the catalog subscription you would like to make a change to.

EMAIL PREFERENCES

  • Log in to your account
  • From the left navigation list, click [Account Dashboard].
  • Click on [Email Preferences]
  • Make you selections and clic the [Save] button

Do I Have To Pay Sales Tax?

  • Sales Tax on Internet Purchase Depends on Where the Buyer is Located
  • In 2019, the laws regarding the collection of sales tax for online and internet based sales have changed dramatically. For the majority of online sales, it is a good idea to assume sales tax will be added to every online purchase. Generally speaking, if an online retailer maintains a physical presence (either sales, service or warehouse) in a state that charges a sales tax on most purchases, sales tax will be added to order. Based upon recent state and federal court cases, this general rule is in flux. As an online retailer, we will follow both state and federal guidelines for collecting sales tax, if you have any questions, please contact us. Going forward, we believe more and more online sales will require the collection of state-based sales tax
  • If you are a tax exempt organization, we require current year documentation stating your tax exempt status.
