Your factory C4 1985-1987 Corvette came with an R12 based A/C system. It provided ice cold air...even on the hottest days. Over time, the seals in your compressor can dry out, bearings can seize, and you can get leaks in your system. Fixing your R12 based AC would be great "if" you could get it serviced. The trouble is...R12 is no longer used. And, "If" you can find any it costs a mint. The best solution is to upgrade your R12 based system to R134A. With our upgrade kit, you'll enjoy ice cold air. Best of all, you'll be able to get it serviced anywhere. Our kit is complete but we recommend having an A/C specialist or professional mechanic do the conversion for you.
